Dr. Saswatha Anireddy is a seasoned physician with extensive experience serving as a medical director for aesthetic medicine at various institutions, most recently at Alamogordo Internal Medicine. Her expertise spans many aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, Botox, weight loss treatments, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, Sculptra, and Kybella. Dr. Anireddy has held leadership roles at multiple practices, including an IV hydration clinic, Prime Hydration, Azul Laser Med Spa, and Alamogordo Internal Medicine, where she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to patient care and innovative treatments.

Yuri Soto is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her nursing journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), followed by becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and later earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner, allowing her to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan.
Throughout her career, Yuri has worked in skilled nursing, psychiatric nursing, and medical settings, developing a strong foundation in patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. Her diverse clinical experience has given her a unique understanding of each patient's physical and emotional well-being, allowing her to create personalized treatment plans that prioritize safety, education, and long-term health.
In addition to primary care, Yuri has advanced training in aesthetic medicine and wellness. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through natural, confidence-enhancing treatments. Her services include wrinkle relaxers, lip enhancements, microneedling, medical weight-loss management, peptide therapy, IV hydration, and personalized wellness programs.
